Not that train that runs underground but the sandwich franchise. We cannot eat subway sandwiches. Sad ,, isn’t it? The bread is too thick and tough for me and I cannot open my mouth wide enough. Don’t know about all of you. Am I missing a lot?

This is the time of year for good and delicious corn on the cob. But, alas, we cannot indulge. Yes we can. Just cut it off the cob after grilling or cooking on the stove. Good corn tastes almost as good and you will not be the odd person out at the barbecue.

Having a terrible time swallowing this a.m. and last night as well. My teeth are totally clenched. I think it is stress. Big wedding next week . Grandson getting married with lots of guests. That will be hard for me as it involves projecting my voice over background noise and that always makes my jaw worse. Will have to take relaxation methods. Hard to do in a crowd.

Just realized that not only is chewing slowly necessary for those with jaw problems, but tiny bites is also good. Have hurriedly eaten something and had it almost stick in my throat. Heimlich maneuver possible!!!
An added bonus. Eating slowly and tiny bites help you lose weight and keep the pounds off. Checked with nutritionists and this is so.
